Traffic Offenses

Traffic offenses in North Carolina can have significant consequences to the person charged, from the loss of driving privileges or significant increases in insurance premiums for speeding tickets to active prison sentences for more serious cases.   We represent people accused of traffic offenses ranging from speeding and driving while impaired to vehicular homicide on a regular basis.

Appellate Practice

Amos is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the North Carolina Supreme Court and the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and maintains a busy appellate practice.  In addition, Amos represents people in post conviction proceedings in State and Federal courts.
